Meet Dr. C. Bradley Adams

A native of Garner, NC, Dr. Brad Adams graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry and North Carolina State University. He has been caring for multiple generations of Wayne County families for the last 20 years. His areas of focus in practice are comprehensive care dentistry, clear aligner therapy with Invisalign® and complex prosthodontic rehabilitations.

Dr. Adams is currently the President-Elect of the North Carolina Dental Society. He was also the recipient of the American Dental Association's Golden Apple Award for New Dentist Leadership in 2012, an honor given to just one dentist in the United States annually. While in training, Dr. Adams was the recipient of the Monte Miska Award at the UNC School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists.

Dr. Adams and Dr. Meredith Smith Adams have teenage twins. In his spare time, he loves to hunt, fish, cook, and golf. He volunteers on numerous boards in Wayne County, and he is a proud Eagle Scout.

They listen to what I have to say, are extremely professional, friendly & most importantly frank & honest. They lay out my options for proposed dental work & explain the pros & cons of each option so I can make informed decisions. I really appreciate that they are so ethical & honest & don’t try to get you to have work done just to raise billing for the practice. Along with all these attributes, they have a modern, state-of-the-art with all the newest equipment, software & techniques. My husband sees Dr. Adams & feels the same way about this practice. I cannot recommend Smith, Adams & Pilkington Family Dentistry enough! Thank you for the excellent care I have received for 25 years!
